What you are purchasing is one replacement end cap for a softball bat. I make caps which will fit nearly every popular model offered today. If you aren't sure if the model you seek is offered, just message me and ask. I answer questions quickly, so you will get a response without much delay.

 Why buy mine?

 I have been making plastic reproductions of various types for years, and I have seen and tried every available method for making the highest possible quality product. I can confidently say that the caps I produce now are the best possible quality outside of a high end (and expensive) factory process. I have seen the products of my competitors, and mine are simply of higher quality. What does that mean? My caps do not have defects of any kind. Air bubbles are a thing of the past unless you buy from the other guys. The plastic I use now is an industrial grade plastic sourced from a highly reputable American manufacturer. I could use cheaper imported plastic and charge less, but you would see the result, as you can with my competitors products. 

Cap weights:

 Most caps will weigh approximately 1.1 to 1.4 ounces without end loads. Not ALL caps are weighted in this manner, so if you have a specific preference on weight, please say so in advance. I offer custom weighted caps at no extra charge. When weighted by me in advance, the end load will never come loose, as it is built into the plastic (not with silicone and washers or bb's like the factory ones!). I will end load the cap to your specification. Please specify in your payment email what you would like if you need something other than standard. Please specify a FINAL (total, with load) weight only if you are ordering a custom weight. An example of how to order a custom weight: "I need a booger style cap at 2 ounces" - This will get you a cap weighing a total of 2 ounces, exactly what you asked for. If you do not specify an end load amount, you will get a standard weight cap.

Shipping time:

 U.S. Shipping:

 Generally I ship orders within 48 hours. If you are pressed for time and need something right away, just let me know in your PayPal email and I will do my best to accommodate. Shipping on all orders less than 2 pounds (~20 caps or so) is $5. My standard shipping method is USPS Priority which generally gets the package to you in 2-3 days in the States. Please add an additional $4 if you are ordering more than 20 caps to cover the added shipping cost. If you need a cap right away, I can ship it via USPS Express shipping (1-2 days guaranteed). Cost varies from $18-$20+ depending on where you live. Express, as mentioned above is 1-2 days. Once shipped, you will receive an email from the USPS with your tracking information.

Canadian Shipping Notes:

All of the following options are for packages under a pound. Anything heavier will increase the cost slightly.

Canadian customers have three options for shipping:

Option one:

USPS offers a flat rate priority shipping to Canada which costs me just over ten dollars. This method is good because it is the cheapest method I use. It's not so good because it offers a tracking number, but the USPS does not track it as it moves, so the number is used to confirm delivery only. It is also the slowest method. I have seen this method take as long as three weeks to arrive to various parts of Canada. Only use this method if you are patient, cheap, or both!

Option two:

USPS Express Mail International claims to take 5 days. This method will cost around $25, and provides much better tracking than option one.

Option three:

USPS Global Express Guaranteed takes 1-3 days and costs $45 and obviously includes the better on-the-fly tracking. This method is not available in all areas of Canada, so ask ahead of time.

Some customers use a different email to pay with PayPal than what was originally used to contact me. If you do that, I have no way to connect your original messages with your PayPal payment, and it will cause a delay in the processing of your order. So PLEASE, use the notes section of your PayPal payment (there is one, trust me, just look for it!) to specify your caps. Thanks!!

Below is the pricing structure I offer for orders of varying sizes:

Orders of less than 10 caps: $20ea

Orders of 10 caps or more: $18ea

Orders of 15 caps or more: $15ea

At no time do I sell caps for less than $15. Please don't even bother to ask.

If you have a pristine original for a model I do not already offer, we may be able to work out a trade for a cap(s) you may need. Please send an email if you have questions about this.

Note to Canadian customers: All prices are in USD and are the amounts that need to end up in my PayPal account after any currency exchange rates are applied.

Guarantee:

I'm confident that my product will satisfy you. If it doesn't, I will replace the product immediately at my cost, including shipping, or if you choose I will refund your money. If you're like a growing list of my customers coming from one of the other guys, simply order one, decide what you think of them, and go from there. I'm confident you'll be happy.

Other services:

I can get your end cap put on your bat for you if you don't feel comfortable doing the work yourself. Cap prices are as above, and an install will cost you $15. You will also need to include $20 for the return insured shipping of your bat. This makes the total cost of a typical install $55 ($20 for cap, $15 for install, $20 for return shipping). My installs get the same guarantee as my caps - you will be satisfied with the work or I'll refund your money.

Adhesive:

There are many theories about what the best adhesive is for seating caps. I have heard as many products being used as I have regular customers. For these reasons, I don't recommend a specific adhesive. I can say that a high quality two-part epoxy adhesive designed for use with plastics and which remains flexible on cure is a top choice. If you need a starting point to find one to use, try the 3M company website. They make many high quality adhesives.
