Product can only be returned for warranty defect purposes. Due to FDA regulations, once any product is taken out of its original packaging, it is no longer returnable. Once a ‘Single Patient Use’ item is opened and/or used, it is no longer returnable. If the product is defective, and you have the original packaging, contact us within the warranty period to obtain a return authorization number. We will then exchange the product. No substitutes allowed. All warranty decisions are made by the manufacturer/seller and are final. Non-defective, unopened returns will not be accepted without prior return material authorization (RMA). Please contact us within 15 days of the purchase date to receive a return authorization number. Any item returned without prior authorization or after 15 days will not be credited and will only be returned at the owner’s expense. All authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non refundable. If a product is damaged in transit or missing from your order you must contact our office within 3 days of receipt in writing. All packaging must be retained in order for us to replace transit damaged goods. We will only replace transit damaged merchandise or missing merchandise with the same merchandise.
