We Guarantee this product to be free from manufacturing defects to the original Purchaser for 90 Days from Date of Sale. To obtain service under this Warranty, please follow the steps listed below:

• Contact us through the CONTACT SELLER LINK INSIDE THIS LISTING THROUGH EBAY to request a return authorization (RA#). Emailing will delay our ability to serve you quickly.
• Once you have received a return authorization from us, please repack the unit and ship it FULLY INSURED with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION to the address listed with your RA#.
• Once we receive your item we will inspect and test. Replacement/repair will be performed for units that have not been abused, misused, or damaged during installation. Burnt wiring/electronics will not be covered.
• DOA units will be replaced/repaired at no cost to you except shipping. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
• Normal turnaround time for warranty replacement is 5-7 business days from receipt (longer if it has to be repaired).
• Units sent in that still work or do not meet the stated warranty terms will be charged a $25 checkout fee plus return shipping
