Not going to feed into their childish behavior customer service rep was terribly rude. Helmet was shipped without a box and was advertised new. Also helmet was manufactured 3 years ago. My track allows only 5 year and newer to race. That sucks. No help from support never had a worse experience with a business that’s supposed to be professional. Really pathetic and sad where the world is headed. God bless take care and order from someone else if you want a new helmet in box.
