US Customers

We offer Free Shipping, Calculated Weight Shipping and Base Rate plus Additional Item Shipping. If you are interested in multiple items the “Shipping and Payments”  tab on each listing is helpful but can be confusing, contact us if you would like an estimate.

Most of our items are included in the Promotional Shipping Rate of $8.95 Max Shipping, meaning your shipping cost will not exceed $8.95 no matter how many items purchased and shipped anywhere in the US, including Hawaii and Alaska.

International Customers

Shipping is based upon Weight, Destination and Shipping Method.

US Customers

We will ship your order within 4 business days of cleared payment.

If you are purchasing multiple items we will combine shipping to save you money. Shipping discounts are forfeited once a Buyer pays for items separately.

We use USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Parcel Post. We will choose the best shipping method depending upon the items ordered. We will provide a delivery confirmation number via email upon shipment of your order. We also provide a local pickup option for customers wishing to save on shipping and are near our Little Falls, NJ location – please contact us if this is of interest to you.

International Customers

We will ship your order within 4 business days of cleared payment.

If you are purchasing multiple items we will combine shipping to save you money. Shipping discounts are forfeited once a Buyer pays for items separately.

We offer USPS First Class International and USPS Priority Mail International. Delivery times for either method can take up to 60 days for delivery depending upon destination, mail volume and customs volume. Shipping method will depend upon shipment destination, weight/size of shipment and value of items ordered.

Orders with a value of items of $50 or greater and/or are 4 pounds or heavier will require shipment via USPS Priority Mail International at Buyer’s expense.

Taxes, Duties or Fees that may be due upon receipt of your shipment are not included in the shipping cost we provide; they are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Payments

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payment is requested within 7 days of commitment to purchase. If payment is not received within 15 days of commitment to purchase we will request eBay to cancel the transaction.

Sales Tax

We collect 7% NJ Sales Tax on orders delivered to a New Jersey address or that are picked up.

Return Policy

We're confident that the merchandise we sell will meet or exceed your expectations, but if it doesn't we will gladly accept your returns. If for some reason you are not satisfied with an item, please notify us within seven days of receipt and we will refund it upon return receipt. Please be aware that we cannot refund shipping costs, (to or from). Also we will not accept returns that have been used, opened, tags removed or damaged by the purchaser, or that are returned without prior notification. If you would like to return an item, please contact us.

In a rare instance where an item is found to be defective, please contact us. In some cases the item must be returned to us, at buyer’s expense, for a refund or exchange. We will not provide a refund or exchange for used products.
