please take note of picture next to ruler.. i do not profit on shipping...international shipping on packages over $99 must be sent with a registered reliable tracking # which now costs $19.45 to ship. $6.50 for regular shipping + $12.95 for registration. international sales who pay $6.50 should expect their package no earlier than 30 working days unless you notify and pay me for registered mail which will guarantee 21 working day delivery.
