Item was what was shown and what I ordered, seller was responsive and agreeable to negotiation.
The reason for neutral rating is these hard chrome plated forks were pristine, which was why I paid more for this set, I'm trying to restore to original my 86 rebel. Seller sent rails loose, unwrapped, not padded, in oversize box that arrived crushed and open. In future, such items should be wrapped with paper/bubble wrap, in appropriate sized box or packed to prevent crushing, and marked fragile.
