How can I get my mobile to move more?

Mobile movement is all about airflow. Your mobile will move the most if it's located within the flow of a heat vent, air-conditioning duct, open window, or fan. You don't want too much of a good thing, though: a strong gust can tangle or damage your mobile!


I want a mobile made especially for my home (or office or school or whatever). Can you make me a custom mobile? Will I be able to afford it?

If you'd like to request a return or exchange, please contact us. You may return your item for in-store credit OR refund it for your purchase price, minus a 10-percent restocking fee. We waive the restocking fee on items over $100. To receive a refund, you must contact us within 30 days after your mobile was received.

Your returned mobile must be in re-sellable condition. Refunds will NOT given on items that were damaged in the return shipping process. To prevent damage en route, please package your items carefully.
