This phone is sold AS IS for parts or repair. This phone does power on and has a damaged and/or defective LCD. Due to this phones damage and/or defects, we are unable to test the functionality of the phone itself. This phone may show wear, scuffing, fading, scratches, dents, cracks, have missing and/or buttons, and/or have other functional issues not noted here because the functionality has not been tested. We begin processing all orders the same day if payment clears prior to 11 AM Pacific Standard Time (Monday-Friday). All orders that payment clears after 11 AM Pacific Standard Time (Monday-Friday) will be processed the following business day.

We use a variety of popular shipping providers (USPS, UPS, DHL) to best serve our Customers. We select the appropriate shipping provider based on the product which has been purchased, the shipping time frame that is selected during check out, and the destination address provided.

We only ship to the address provided during checkout, and are unable to change the shipping address after payment has been submitted. Founded in 2002, LaptopAid was created with two goals in mind; firstly to enable individuals to carry out their own laptop repairs with the assistance of us in the form of parts, advice, knowledge, and tools. Laptop repairs are a very costly issue, and we at LaptopAid pride ourselves in helping to reduce these for our Customers.

Our second goal is helping to maintain the planet and deal head on with some of the world's e-waste issues. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) estimates that in 2005 only 330,000 pounds, or 12.5 percent, of the 2.63 million tons of electronic waste that was disposed was recovered for recycling. The other 87.5 percent ended up in landfills or incinerators. It is possible to repair and replace many parts of a laptop, from the covers to the motherboard, with our laptop parts and accessories available on this site, and the knowledge we can provide to our clients we are helping to reduce the number of laptops that end up in landfills.
