This is a very rare piece!  It is a Santa Bear pack pack made exclusively for B Dalton Bookseller which was owned at the time by Dayton Hudson who had the Santa Bears. This has the original hangtag on it and it looks in very good condition. It appears it was never used. These pieces do not come along very often. This is a perfect item for that Santa Bear collector or a very special gift for that collector.
