Description

KanaPlex™ is a blended kanamycin based medication that safely and effectively treats several fungal, and bacterial fish diseases (dropsy, popeye, fin/tail rot, septicemica). Because it is absorbed by fish it is useful in treating internal infections in those situations where food is refused. It does not adversely affect the filter bed and is easily removed with carbon. To enhance palatability use with GarlicGuard™. Food may be refrozen. For use in freshwater or marine aquaria.

Shipping Policies

Just Phish will do their best to ship your order out the same day or the next business day depending on when the order payment is received. Please keep in mind that if you are paying via PayPal echeck, your order will not ship until your echeck has cleared. Also please be aware that if you are using PayPal Just Phish can only ship your products to the VERIFIED address that accompanies your payment in order to honor our policies. If you have your product shipped to any other address or one that is unverified, our guarantees will be void.

Shipping services used will be USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on which is the most econimcal way unless a specific service is quoted in the product listing.

Some products may quote a flat rate fee to ship that item. This flat fee only applies to product shipped to the 48 contiguous. Obviously shipping to Alaska and Hawaii as well as US territories incur a greater cost which will be passed on. Please contact us directly for a specific quote. Some products may be shipped wordwide. These too will be charged at the actual cost for shipment so international customers if you're interested in a product please contact directly for a shipping quote.

Just Phish will combine shipping on all products to help save you money unless otherwise specifically stated within the product listing.

Returns

Returns and Refunds Policies

Just Phish has a 30 day return policy.

You may return your product to Just Phish within 30 days of purchase. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is found to be defective. You will receive a refund in the amount of you purchase price and shipping costs to you only. Please do not simply send a product back to Just Phish. You MUST notify us first of your intent to return the product and we will provide you with instructions. If you do not notify us prior to sending the product back we will be unable to process a refund for you.

Please accept delivery of package regardless of the apparent condition of the outer packaging. Any visible damage to packaging should be noted to the delivery person when you accept your package. If you refuse delivery of the package you will receive a refund less the shipping to you, back to us, and a 15% restocking fee. This also applies to international customers that fail to pickup their product at the local station or refuse delivery and the product is sent back or destroyed. Refusal of a delivery will also exclude the customer from any further business transactions with Just Phish. Any problems you may have with your shipment can easily be worked out by simply taking the initiative to contact us for a resolution.

Should a product be damaged as a result of shipping company handling, you may choose to keep the product instead of sending it back and we will file an insurance claim. However to utilize this option you must make the package and contents available to the shipping company should they require an inspection before ruling on a claim.

About Us
Just Phish is a family owned and operated business in Connecticut. We started 10 years ago with just aquarium supplies and marine fish and have since expanded to include supplies for all types of pets you may own. We also set up and maintain aquarium systems of all sizes. If you're familiar with our local casinos Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun perhaps you'll remember the aquariums at Mohegan Sun. We actually used to scuba dive in those tanks to service them! We currently offer our products on many different venues. As we get started on the Ebay platform we'll be slowly increasing our product line. If there's something you need but don't see, send us a message and if we can get that item for you at a reasonable price we'll be happy to do so.
