When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely prior to opening the factory-sealed product packaging.
We will exchange, replace or refund items returned to our store up to 30 days after your order was completed, unless otherwise stated in the item description. Note: An item can only be returned once. However, any return must first be authorized by D&W Retailers. In order to be authorized, one of the following conditions must be met:
1 - We sent you the wrong item.

2 - We put incorrect information in the item description. In this case, products are returned for REFUND ONLY.

3 - The factory-sealed product packaging is intact. In this case, products are returned for REFUND ONLY, subject to a 15% restocking fee.

4 - The factory-sealed product packaging is opened and the item is found defective. In this case, DOA/defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model.

5 - The factory-sealed product packaging is opened, but the item is not defective. In this case, products are returned for REFUND ONLY, subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Great buy
Fits my Lenovo T420 fine. Replaced HD that came with PC, even though it is thinner. Copied old drive on to it, and it booted up just fine. Love the extra storage. Formatted into 3 logical drives to mirror old C: D:, and add E: Used free 30 day Macrium Reflex to make bootable clone.

PS4 replacement drive
Bought this to upgrade the 500GB OEM drive in my PS4 game console. It worked like a charm. It is not a super fast SSD (Solid State Drive) but with a 128MB Cache, it's still a good performer. It's a bare drive - it didn't come with cables or in a fancy retail box but I didn't need them for my purpose.
