Payment Policy

• Payment via PayPal is Preferred.
• Payment via Bank Draft or Postal Order are Accepted.
• The Items are Dispatched After Full Payment.
• The Items are Dispatched Within 2 Working Days but Most of them are Dispatched the Next Day After Payment.

Shipping Policy

• The items are dispatched 1-2 working days after full payment confirmation.
• Orders complete before 8pm are shipped out the next day.
• The orders are sent out via Royal Mail 1st class.
• International postage is available.
• Orders are sent out 6 days a week.
• If the order has not been delivered within 7 working days or the item has arrived damaged or faulty, do not hesitate to contact us via ebay messages.
• Sometimes items are delayed or lost in postage, this is out of our controll and we are not responcible for this. 

Returns Policy

• Returns is accepted within 7 days from postage. 
• If you are not happy for whatever reason, you can return the item. 
• The iterm must be returned in resellable condition ( the item must not have any smells of perfume, smoke ect. or stains and smudges) 
• The item can not be washed or cleaned. 
• The item has to be returned in its original packaging, the tag has to be attatched to the item, the invoice has te be returned with the item. 
• If any fault is found the item will not be refunded. 
• The buyer is responcible for any returning P&P costs regardless of the return reason. 
• If the item does not fit you simply return it to us within 7 days. 
• If you have received a faulty item you can exchange it but we have to be informed within 48 hours from arrival via ebay message. 
• The refund is complete within 2 working days after receiveng the item back.
