-DOMESTIC SHIPMENT: Confirmation & tracking number will be provided after shipment is completed.
-INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT: We are using International First Class Air mail and there will be NO TRACKING NUMBER, but all international package will be ship fully insured.  Extra shipping services such as USPS International Priority Mail (limited tracking) & USPS Express Mail (full tracking) is available for additional fees. Delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days within the US & 7-30 business days to other countries worldwide depending on the processing time of your local custom and postal carrier. Custom policies vary from countries and please allow up to 45 days for international delivery in case of delay caused by custom inspections. International orders may be subject to custom duties or other taxes. Buyers are responsible for any applicable duties/ taxes that may incurred in customs. Please verify with your custom before bidding/buying. We are not responsible for any postal or custom delays.

RETURNS: Your purchase comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee! For any reason you are less than satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 10 days of receipt and you will receive a full money refund less 20% restocking charge and any shipping charges. ONLY product in original packaging and unopened will be refund.
- Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. 
- Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error. 
- All returns must be shipped back to us using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation) 
- Any package that has not been received by New Image for Less and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

If your package is returned to us marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a re-shipping fee.
