If you have received an item that is damaged or broken, please contact us. Once we have verified the damage, we will ship a replacement.

Merchandise must be in its original packaging, unopened if sealed and returned in the condition it was sent. The buyer is fully responsible for shipping charges on returns using a trackable shipping method.

Upon receipt of returned merchandise in acceptable condition, Cuffcrazy, LLC will process refunds within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund minus shipping charges. Note: Customer returns for non-damaged goods that received free shipping are subject to $4.99 restocking fee.
