Many of the items we sell are made from natural materials (wood and natural skins). For wood products, you should expect variations in colouring and wood grain. Natural skins will also show differences in colouring and patterns. Additionally, many of our products are handmade. All of the items listed in our Ebay store are also for sale in our Internet and retail stores. We reserve the right to end our Ebay auctions or listings if the item has been sold in our other stores.


Shipping Information

We do not accept orders from persons outside of Canada or the continental U.S.A. (not Alaska or Hawaii). We will only ship to Canadian or continental U.S.A. addresses. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. All items are shipped by FedEx Ground.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, you may return the item. We will refund the full price of the item (not including shipping costs, U.S. customs brokerage fees, or U.S. Customs import duties) with no restocking fees. Payment Instructions

Before clicking on the "Buy it Now" or "Place Bid" buttons, please contact us to confirm your shipping cost. After you have initiated the purchase process or have won an auction, please DO NOT click on the "Pay Now" button on the Ebay site or in the email sent by Ebay. We will send you an invoice displaying your total charges. Please do not click on the "Pay Now" button until you receive our invoice. You can then follow the instructions to complete your payment using Ebay's secure checkout.

Please do not send payment through PayPal directly to our email address. You must go through the Ebay checkout process. Ebay checkout can be accessed by clicking on the "Pay Now" button displayed on the invoice we send you.

Payment must be made using PayPal only. We accept payments only from Canada or U.S. based PayPal accounts. You must have a PayPal account and be verified. Being verified means that PayPal has confirmed that the bank account and/or credit card you have registered belong to you. If you have not yet completed PayPal's verification process, please do this before initiating a purchase. We will cancel any orders made by those that are not PayPal verified. If you are paying by credit card through your PayPal account, the name shown on your credit card statement will be either PAYPAL *SHOPERCUSS or PAYPAL *SHOPERCUSSION CAN, depending on how many characters your statement displays. In some cases, the name may be further truncated.

For all Canadian orders, we are required to charge GST or HST. Orders sent to the U.S.A. have no sales tax applied, however, we are required in some cases to charge U.S. customs fees. These customs fees are included in the shipping cost.


Feedback
