Many of the items we sell are made from natural materials (wood and natural skins). For wood products, you should expect variations in colouring and wood grain. Natural skins will also show differences in colouring and patterns. Additionally, many of our products are handmade. For this reason, there may be some variations between individual items of the same product. Therefore, the item you receive may not look 'exactly' like the pictures.
All of the items listed in our Ebay store are also for sale in our Internet and retail stores. We reserve the right to end our Ebay auctions or listings if the item has been sold in our other stores.
We do not accept orders from persons outside of Canada or the continental U.S.A. (not Alaska or Hawaii). We will only ship to Canadian or continental U.S.A. addresses. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. All items are shipped by FedEx Ground.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, you may return the item. We will refund the full price of the item (not including shipping costs, U.S. customs brokerage fees, or U.S. Customs import duties) with no restocking fees. If you are paying by credit card through your PayPal account, the name shown on your credit card statement will be either PAYPAL *SHOPERCUSS or PAYPAL *SHOPERCUSSION CAN, depending on how many characters your statement displays. In some cases, the name may be further truncated.

For all Canadian orders, we are required to charge GST or HST. Orders sent to the U.S.A. have no sales tax applied, however, we are required in some cases to charge U.S. customs fees. These customs fees are included in the shipping cost.
Ebay's DSR rating system uses stars to rate a store's service and products. Whereas a four star rating may seem good, Ebay considers anything less than five stars a negative rating.
