RETURN POLICY:
Returns are accepted for 30 days from the Invoice date. Digi-Battery offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee; this means if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return the merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price (excluding shipping). Only items sent back in original packaging may be eligible for a full refund, otherwise a 15% restocking fee may be applied. Please note that the original and return shipping and handling charges will not be refunded or reimbursed under any circumstances.
If your item is found to be DOA (Damaged On Arrival or Dead on Arrival), you many return it for a replacement unit within 30 days from the invoice date. After you have obtain a RMA* (Return Authorization Number) from our returns department and have ship the defective unit back to us, we will ship out your replacement.
WARRANTIES:
Many of items carried by Digi-Battery are covered by a 1 to 3 year warranty. If your item is covered by a warranty and becomes defective after the 30-day Money Back Guarantee period has expired; you may contact us directly to issue you a replacement unit. Please note there is a flat shipping and handling coverage charge for all products under-going this process, and return shipping will not be refunded or reimbursed.
