    This oral mouth piece works very well

    Actually I only purchase this mouth piece on temporary basis because my doctor ordered mouth piece(s) broke down and no long serve it's purpose. This mouth piece seems to work OK as a replacement.

    Worth trying if you have trouble using or don't want to go to the expense to purchase a CPAP

    It works. I have had no apnea episodes when using the mouthpiece. Slept without it and had apnea. Much more tolerable for ,me than CPAP.

    It works with some help

    I stopped snoring, but it keeps falling out of my mouth during the night. I feel that you definitely need the item that goes around your chin and head to keep it in place.
