I prep orders, I'm Holly. Orders didn't get combined b/c they were ordered on 2 sep dates. I prep orders when I arrive at work. 1st order was prepped at approx. 5:00 am EST on 1/15 and 2nd order not until 1/16. (In early the 15th b/c of terrible snowstorm-rode w/ husband.) Know our shipping & lock/pin prices are the lowest out there (we lost $0.37 over these 2 orders in shipping costs). Had I known a 2nd order was coming, I might have saved you $1.50. Not rude/greediness, just miscommunication.
