Combined Shipping Rates ... We offer significant savings when purchasing multiple items (oversized items are excluded). To take advantage of our combined shipping rates, finish shopping FIRST, then pay for your purchases AFTER you are DONE shopping. To calculate the shipping rate of an order with multiple items, the item you purchased FIRST pays the 1st Item Shipping Rate, then each additional item pays the Additional Item Rate.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ... You may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees which are collected at the time of delivery. We strongly encourage you to read the International Duties & Taxes section of this listing before bidding or purchasing an item.

We require payment within 7 calendar days. After 7 days we will void the sale, re-sell the item, and file with eBay to recoup our eBay fees. Sorry, but we need to get paid timely!

International customers paying via credit card directly: For your protection and ours, we manually review all international orders prior to finalizing your payment, and you may initially receive a credit card declination notice. This review process occurs within 1 business day of you placing your order. We will contact you via email after your payment has cleared. Please do not process your payment multiple times in effort to get your payment through!

We stand behind everything that we sell and will do everything possible to assure you are satisfied.

When you receive your purchase if you are not 100% satisfied, please email us and we will do our best to make you happy. If you still want to return your purchase, simply ship the item(s) back to us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your original purchase price less the original shipping charge AND(b) a handling fee of $15 .

Please be aware that all items purchased in new condition and then used (even once) are not returnable.

All returns require return authorization.

Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received. All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued. International customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes brokerage, and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally.
