No return will be accepted without an RA #. We will accept returns for items that are unopened, 100% complete in original and re-salable condition, with all packaging, manuals, cables, registration cards, accessories and/or unbroken seal. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton. We reserve the right to refuse any such items. We generally ship to the lower 48 states using UPS and to Canada using UPS, FedEx or International Priority Mail through the US Post Office to provide fast, economical and reliable shipping services to our customers. For your convenience, we electronically mail tracking number.
