Step1: Finding the right Skate
Buying skates online has never been easier. We want you to be happy with your skates and one important step in choosing skates online is getting the right size.
#1 Rule:
All Skates are listed in US sizing! Buying roller skates is just like buying a pair of shoes. Basically, your shoe size will be the size that you will need for your skates. We have skates that range from 8J (J stands for Juvenile or Child) all the way up to adult size 16. Pay special attention to the sizing information given for each skate on the product detail page. Certain skates come in only mens sizes so ladies will need to adjust their sizing accordingly.
Tip for buying skates for children:
For children it might be better to purchase one size larger for your child so that they can grow into the skate, that way the skates can last a longer time. A lot of skaters have also worn thick or double socks until their feet have fully grown into the skate.

Wide Skates

Half Sizes
The majority of our skates are available in whole sizes. If the skate you want is not available in half sizes the general rule of thumb is to go up to the nearest whole size, not down.

Shipping & Delivery Info
How Long Does an Order Take to Ship?
We strive to process and ship all orders within 24hours (Mon-Fri) after the order has been placed, many times the same business day. If the order is placed on the weekend or a major holiday it will usually be shipped the next business day.
How Long Does an Order Take to Arrive?
We ship ALL orders with UPS or Fedex. UPS/FEDEX offers Ground, Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3-Day.

Ground Shipping
Depending on how close you are to our warehouse your order should arrive between 1 and 6 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
International Shipping
We can ship to most international countries. Please select the shipping tab and select your country to view detailed shipping prices for your location. Items usually arrive within 6-14 days depending on your location and your country customs clearance policy.

Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, however, there may be cases where you will need to return your skates (or other merchandise) for a refund. We offer a 365 day return policy on all skates, parts, and accessories in our store! We offer this only on new and unused merchandise in original box . For this reason, it is highly recommended that you try your skates on indoors on a smooth carpeted surface to ensure proper fit before using them. This will preserve the condition of the items should you choose to return them. Also, it is recommended that your preserve the box in it's original condition.
There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. We will waive the restocking fee if you purchase another set of skates. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer in all directions. Of course, if we made a shipping error we will correct our mistake and no additional shipping cost falls on you, the customer. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace or repair the item for you and will cover the shipping charges. Returns are easy when shopping with Roller Skate Nation!
Exchange Policy
We understand that there may be situations in which you will need to exchange your skate for a different size or a different skate. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will make the exchange process as efficient as possible. We offer a 365 day exchange policy on all skates, parts, and accessories in our store! Warranties
The majority of our skates are covered by a 30-day manufacturer's warranty and, in many cases, a 1 year warranty. We also have a few manufacturers that cover their products for life. If you feel you have a warranty claim, we may ask you to send us a picture or ship the item back for inspection. Once the product is determined to be defective, the item will be repaired or replaced.
