Most are clean and restored by our professional pipe connoisseur, who use to do all the cleaning for Peterson,Stanwell,Savinelli and Butz Choquin pipes for customers here in Canada, he has been doing this for the last 25 years. U.S.A. Shipping

Please note that I ship my items from Canada and it always takes between 4-10 days to arrive. Delays can occur due to customs. 90% of shipments to the USA arrive within 10 days of payment!

 CANADA Shipping

Canada Shipping takes 1-7 days depending on location. Even though I am located in Montreal, shipping within Canada is more expensive than shipping to the USA from Canada. It doesn't make sense, but you can double check on Canada Post's website. If the shipping is less that what you paid we will refund the balance.

INTERNATIONAL Shipping

International Shipping is always air mail and this takes 7-14 days, also depending on location. For bigger items we will ship via surface, the reason being is that air mail can be very expensive with larger items and surface is much cheaper but slower. It takes 4-6 weeks surface mail.

Return Policy:

I include many pictures from all angles, so that the buyer can see exactly what they have purchased. Before any refunds are issued, buyer must email me the reason within three days. I do not give partial refunds, but will issue a full refund (minus shipping costs) upon return of pipe within seven days in unsmoked, as shipped condition. My goal is 100% customer satisfaction, as I hope to earn your return business, and so I will always be fair.

We package your items with great care. Extra time, effort and custom packaging are used to insure you get the item in the condition described. We are NOT responsible once the item is given to the shipper.  Once you have received your item and left feedback, we will know the transaction has been completed and will promptly return the same.
