We will not accept returns for: 
  • Orders lost or damaged sent through USPS uninsured.
  • Products with cosmetic damages and malfunction (but not limited to) from crashing, improper usage/handling/installation/assembly/disassembly/etc
  • Minor cosmetic imperfection of craftsmanship from manufacturer
  • Sometime manufacturer updated their product design or packaging, this usually go on without advance notification, we will not accept returns on products that carries these changes but has the exact same function/specs
  • Products marked with "no return or clearance" stated under "description"; usually used, opened, specialty, or customized products
  • Partial return on a product that is bundled with another product or kit

Return processing time:

You should expect to receive your replacement/exchange/store credit within 2-4 weeks of giving your return package to the shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days)
