Sizing varies by brand & garment, please measure your dog before purchasing. See below for measuring instructions. Boot sizing is not the same as other garment sizing. Just because your dog wears a small coat, he will not necessarily wear small boots. It is important to measure!

The Durable sole is pliable, super grippy, and ideal to prevent slipping on floors and light duty outdoors - plus they stay on your dog's paws!
These boots are best for protection from snow, ice, mud, sand burrs, thorns or cold. Ideal for slipping on tile or hardwood flooors. Protect floors, furniture and dogs themselves from scratching. However... If you are looking for a extremely rugged boot for outdoor use (with additional protection from asphalt, gravel, rocks, cactus, hot pavement) we recommend the Ultra Paws RUGGED Boots (click here) instead. Easy to put on - difficult to slip off! Split seam sides expand - making it easy to put on the boots. Two Velcro straps with slides fasten the boots in place. Generous foam at the closures create a secure grip and cushion the dog's paw when the boot is tightened. Durable boots are the BEST protection for senior dogs who are having trouble slipping on hardwood or tile floors.. Tough, water resistant nylon material with the top of the toe and sole wrapped in Toughtek®, a grippy, flexible, skid resistant and durable thermoplastic material, up to 0.8mm thick. Toughtek® performs in wet and dry, hot and cold conditions.

  ***Unfortunately, there isn't a perfect solution for dogs that drag their feet. The manufacturer has not yet found a material that will stand up to dragging and still be comfortable for the dog. We recommend the use of some type of shoe goo as wear appears. It is a rubber cement-like product that has shown good results when applied to the top and seam of the boot. You may also coat the top and toe of the boot prior to wearing with shoe goo to prolong the life of the boot for a dog that drags the paw. While this boot is extemely rugged/durable, these boots or any other boot we sell are NOT guaranteed against wear & tear for dogs that drag their feet. |

Terms & Policies
Payments: - Payment is expected immediately upon purchase. For Buy It Now items, immediate payment is required in order to purchase. For auctions when you have bid on an item and then later win it, payment must be received within 4 days of auction close.
- Multiple Purchases - Please use the Shopping Cart function (Add to Cart button) when purchasing more than one item.
- Combined Shipping/Handling Discounts - We will discount the shipping/handling charge for multiple purchases (using the Shopping Cart function). The discount will be automatically applied during checkout using the Shopping Cart. Depending on the items you are interested in, We generally reduce S/H on the 2nd, 3rd, etc. items by $1.50 or more. The item with the highest S/H charge is considered the 1st purchase. There is no discount possible on Free Shipping items. If you would like the reduced shipping/handling charges when purchasing more than 1 item, you must pay for them with only 1 payment (using the Shopping Cart/Add to Cart function). Discount can not be given for items paid for separately or purchased using the Buy It Now button.
Shipping: - Buyer to pay shipping and handling price as shown in eBay's Shipping & Payment detail section. We ship to US & Canada only. Some larger items can not be shipped to Canada (see info at the top of the listing for 'Ships to' locations).
- Many items are Free Shipping to US Addresses. Those items will be designatied in eBay's Shipping & Payment detail section. Free shipping does not apply to Canada shipments.
- Shipping/Handling charge includes a small handling fee to cover the cost of mailers, labels, insurance and other essential shipping expenses.
- Item will be shipped to the shipping address you provide during checkout. If you wish to ship to a different address you must contact us by email within 10 minutes of making your payment.
- Items are normally shipped the same or next business day after receiving cleared payment (normally M-F except holidays). If paying by PayPal eCheck, we will ship as soon as funds clear the account. You will receive a shipment message to your regular email address once it is on the way.
- COMBINED SHIPPING/HANDLING INFO - See 'Payments' section above for discount information. Generally items that are paid together will ship together, however we may seperate some shipments due to weight. Also, seperate purchases of Free Shipping items may be combined into one shipment at our discretion.
- The estimated delivery date shown above is only an estimate inserted by eBay based on shipping methods. These are not guaranteed. We can not guarantee you will receive the item by that date, we can only guarantee that we will ship quickly. After that it is in the hands of the US Postal Service.
- US Addresses - Our Standard Flat Rate Shipping is normally by USPS First Class Mail or as designated in eBay's Shipping & Payment detail section. We also offer a USPS Priority Mail option.
- Canada - We offer USPS First Class Mail International and Priority Mail International. Tracking is not available for Canada shipments. Please keep in mind that USPS First Class Mail can take several weeks to arrive. Please include your phone# with payment as it may be needed for the customs label. Please do not ask us to mark items as a 'Gift' or otherwise be untruthful on customs forms.
- Packaging - Some clothing items may have their display hangars removed and discarded for ease of shipping. On rare occasions we may remove an item from it's original box/package, flatten the box/package and ship them both together in a new box/envelope (also for ease of shipping or to improve packaging).
Return Policy: - If defective upon receipt, please contact us by email within 14 days for refund or replacement arrangements. If defective after use, please contact the manufacturer.
- If the item does not fit your needs for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price* (shipping/handling is not refundable). Since the purchase price of free shipping items include shipping expenses - free shipping items will have a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund. This restocking fee covers part of the original shipping cost. The restocking fee only applies to free shipping items.
- The item must be returned in original/new condition with all product tags/packaging intact within 14 days for a refund. Refund will NOT be given for any item returned with dog hair, dirt/stains, smoke smell, damaged or missing tags/packaging It is not necessary to email prior to returning an item due to fit. Buyer pays return shipping costs.
- Sorry, we can not exchange for larger or smaller sizes due to inventory control limitations and price differences between sizes. REFUNDS only / No Exchanges!
- *FREE SHIPPING items will have a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund. This fee covers a portion of the original shipping cost which is non-refundable.
