Our Belts are NOT Black Buna "O" Rings or homemade Orange belts, these are factory made, professionally welded, lifetime belt warranty HT Blue Urethane Power Transmission Belting we have custom made for the Unimat.

Urethane Drive Belts are far superior to Buna O- Rings in terms of Grab, Wear and Life but there is also a stretch difference, this means that one Urethane Drive Belt will not do what one Buna O-ring can do. Buna Rubber will stretch easier than Urethane (this is not a good thing when it comes to belting) so a Rubber belt will cover a much larger range of sizes than a Urethane Belt will.

Our belts have been custom made for every size configuration allowing for a 20% stretch of every belt. Nobody else offers this and this is why we include more belts than anybody else, not just identical sets, others sell multiple sets because they know their belts will not last very long. Ours have a lifetime belt warranty no questions asked.

Yes others sell Urethane but not Factory Welded HT Blue, our belts have a 20% stretch factor where other Urethane sets have less than 10% so there welds don't break, more stretch, better grab.

The material used, Urethane HT Blue, is far superior to any other material used for belting and our welds are professionally done on a Power Transmission Belt Welding Machine at the factory for a perfectly aligned, 100% penetration weld. These welds are what allow this material to be strong enough for this 20% stretch factor; no other weld can even come close.
