My shop is open 24 hours a day 365 days a year

Unless I’m on holiday when there will be a heading on all my goods for sale mentioning when I will be back and able to resume posting

Pay pal ~ postal order~ cheque

Uk & Europe & worldwide we only accept pay pal

We do not accept bank transfer under any circumstances we are only a small business and are not set up to take the payment

Posting times

Order received

Monday to Friday

99% of all order bought and paid for before 1pm are posted same day, if not next working day

Receiving an item

When ordering, please ensure somebody will be at the delivery address to receive the goods if they will not via the letterbox

if no one is home to receive the parcel and it is returned to us
We do not refund Postage and Packaging fees when an item is returned that had tried to be delivered to you by royal mail or any courier we use, and you were not home or did not make arrangements for redelivery at a later date

Unwanted goods

Must be returned within 7 days of delivery, in their original packaging complete with all labels and instructions, at the purchaser's expense.

We recommend that you send back unwanted items by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive back to me

Faulty goods

Please report to me asap, do not send back to me unless we have agreed a course of action

We are no longer able to accept Software returns

Any special requests on posting please email me first

Non payment

We will contact eBay if the item you bought is not paid for in 7 days to reclaim our fees

Delivery companies we use

My hermes delivery

If you placed a paid order with me, Monday to Thursday and also Sunday before 6pm it will be collected next working day

And will take 3-5 working days to be delivered

Any orders placed after 6 pm on Thursday will not be collect from me until Monday same for orders placed on Friday and Saturday

Other couriers I use

Special 1 to 2 day delivery service as above for collection times via

But with a 1-2 working day delivery time

Has the postman tried to deliver & you were out?

Firstly contact your local sorting office, the post office don't always leave the sorry you were out cards and this is my biggest problem when it comes to the larger than the letter box deliveries, If it’s not there then contact me
