We will not accept returns on parts that have been modified, used or installed in a fashion other than intended by the manufacturer. Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of the delivery date via email. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from CARisma LLC and must be visibly displayed on the outside of the original merchandise packaging or the product will not be accepted by the return department. Insured and Trackable Freight must be prepaid for all returned merchandise by the customer. The original invoice must be included with all returns, along with all necessary contact information (name, address and telephone). Item(s) must be the one(s) shipped originally and retain our identification seal in un-tampered condition. All approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit, or, in some cases, exchanged with the identical item(s). A re-stocking fee of 25% will be charged for merchandise returned for credit. The original shipping and handling fees (or calculated shipping and handling if the part was shipped free) will not be credited on returns. Custom or special order items may not be returned for credit. Please verify the condition and vendor part number (where available) in the listing prior to completing a purchase. If you are not 100% certain the items are correct for your application, please email us with questions to verify prior to purchasing.
