This is easy, the bottom is sewn with several pieces of elastic band and you just need to let the band go through them. More importantly, this is creative, because it allows you to choose the correct and unique position of the feather part on YOUR head.  Also,such a structure enables us to provide better protection for your headband during the long way shipment.

We ship flat rate international air post. Since we are loacated in China, it will normally take 10-20 days to arrive in the US or Europe. Please contact us if you need a quicker way and if you are OK to pay more delivery fees. 

Delays may happen due to bad weather or holiday.

FAQ

Question 1: Do you Combine shipping and offer postage discounts?

VILY's Answer: We combine shipping when you pay for what you win together.

We offer 50% postage discount for each additional Buy It Now item except free shipping ones.

We DO NOT offer postage discount for Auctions no matter how many you win.

Question 2: How do you ship my items bought from you?

VILY's Answer: We ship flat rate international air post from China which normally takes 10-20 days to arrive in the US or Europe 

We can also ship DHL or UPS(5-8 days) or EMS(5-10 days). It needs you to pay more(about $35).

Question 3: Why can't I bid on more than 2 items?

VILY's Answer: We have a policy that each buyer is allowed to bid on no more than 2 auctions.

Reasons for doing this:

1) We sell all our products at competitive Buy It Now prices and we offer 50% postage discount for each additional Buy It Now item you'll buy.

 2) We can't afford selling at the start bid($0.99) if the too few buyers bid; and Buy It Now is an even better choice for buyers if the auction is bidded to a too high price. This policy is actually a protection for both seller and buyers.

3) Buy It Now is much more efficient. We ship your items out within 24 hours after payment is cleared. This will save you and us one week's time to wait for an uncertain result.

Question 4: Is the starting bid for an auction the real selling (Buy It Now) price?

VILY's Answer: No, absolutely not. It's just the starting bid price for bidders, but not the one we can sell an item at. For each auction, we have a matching Buy It Now listing. Please contact us if you can't find it.
