SHIPPING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Thank you for looking at our wares!

We ship by actual weight instead of flat-rate plus add-ons because our merchandise varies greatly in size and weight. If you are purchasing multiple items or multiple lots of one item, please do not use the shipping calculator or the eBay total as they will be incorrect; they are not set up for actual weight. We will send a combined invoice with the correct shipping. If you have not received one, please ask for the "seller total" after you have clicked on the "pay now" button or contact us through My Messages.
 
*If you are using the new eBay shopping cart, please be aware that it requires instant check-out and we will not be able to send a combined invoice. We estimate weight at the time your combined invoice is sent. If we over-estimate, which is never by much, we refund the difference to you. If we under-estimate, we pay the difference.
 
Orders are processed in the order in which payments are received.
 
We ship domestic shipments 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday, and over-seas shipments Monday through Friday. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving your completed payment with the exception of Sundays and holidays. All domestic shipments are shipped First Class or Priority with delivery confirmation which is FREE! Express mail and UPS are available on request.
 
*If you have not received your item after a reasonable amount of time, please contact us. Please don't wait a month or two to let us know.
 
*Please make sure that the address you provide in Paypal is correct before you pay. That is the only address that we will ship to.
 
We do not package multiple lots of one item separately. If you wish to receive your multiple lots of one item packaged separately, you may request this before payment.
 
 We make every effort to get our customers' orders to them safely and in a timely manner and our feed-back reflects this.

All packages weighing 13 ounces or more will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless you would like to request UPS shipping. Express Mail is also available upon request.
 
We offer free First Class shipping on orders totalling $100 or more. There is never a handling fee.

International Shipments:
 
We welcome our international customers! The same rules apply regarding combined shipping. International packages are shipped Monday through Friday. We accept PayPal payments only for world-wide shipping. We offer USPS First Class International Shipping as well as Priority International Mail services. Please do not ask us to tick the "gift" option on the customs declaration as this is illegal.
 
All international shipments totaling $100 or more on one combined invoice will be shipped free of charge via USPS First Class Mail International.  Orders of $200 or more will need to be shipped by Express Mail International so you will have a tracking number. We will pay half of that cost. If you need your US Customs number, to check on your package, please request it. We keep them on file for a year.

All auction-style listings begin with a one-cent starting price no matter what the item is! World-wide shipping is also free on auction-style listings. (We think that auctions should be especially fun!)
 
Shipping is not free on BUY IT NOW  listings unless your invoice totals $100 or more.
 
RETURNS
 
Returns are accepted and must be made within 14 days of the receipt of your package unless the buyer is an international. In that case, please contact us within the seven day period about when your return package is to be shipped.  Buyer pays return shipping. If we have made a mistake on your order, we will pay your return shipping.
