• Unless otherwise noted, we ship items using standard ground service.
• You may request expedited/express/air service at an additional cost to you.
• Items are shipped in special corrugated LP Mailer Folders that can contain up to 6 records.
• We will combine shipping if you win more than one item and apply the above shipping costs depending on the number of items won, at a saving to you.

• Unfortunately, shipping costs within Canada are a mess. Please e-mail me your Postal Code for exact shipping costs.

Other Delivery Options:
If you are a winning bidder living in the Ottawa-Gatineau (Canada) region, we can arrange for pick-up at a mutually agreed upon location. So, save on shipping & arrange for local pick-up if you’re in or from the area!

Payment Options:
PayPal is the preferred method of payment.

Payment:
Payment is due within 10 days of the end of bidding. Please remember that a bid is a contract. If you bid, you pay. If no payment is received within 10 days (unless an arrangement to that effect has been agreed upon by the buyer & the seller), the seller reserves the right to cancel the sale and re-list the item. Negative feedback may ensue.

Taxes – Canadian Bidders:
We must charge GST/QST/HST (whichever applies) to Canadian bidders, as we are a registered small business required to collect these taxes. Please note: U.S. and/or international buyers will NOT be charged these taxes. Furthermore, U.S. and/or international buyers are solely responsible for any customs duties and/or taxes, if applicable.

Grading System:
I use the Goldmine grading system. I am by no means a professional grader, but a long-time collector, so I know a great/good/bad/terrible record when I see one! However, grading is a subjective matter, and very often, one person’s NM (which I use very rarely) is another person’s VG+.  So if you win the item but don't agree on the grading, let me know. We'll talk and come to a mutually acceptable agreement, I'm sure.
