FireFold Return Policy
All products returned MUST be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturers boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories or documentation provided by the manufacturer of FireFold. If a return is made and the item is not 100% complete, a refund may not be issued. All issues except for warranty replacements must be handled within 30 days of the order being placed.
FireFold offers up to 30 days on all returns. Please contact a Customer Service Representative prior to the return to discuss any questions you may have about opened or partial returns. FireFold recommends you fully insure your return shipment in the case it is lost or damaged. For your protection, use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. To prevent any dissatisfaction or returns, FireFold offers free sales and technical support to ensure you are getting the product you desire prior to returning the items. Please contact us during our regular business hours for any questions you may have. Refunds will be issued via the method you originally used to pay for your order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Items returned without contacting us first for approval and RMA # will be refused. Clearance items can only be returnable if defective. We only clearance out items if we are no longer planning to stock them. You have 10 days within the issuance of the RMA # to ship out your return. If the item is received after this 10 day window it will be refused. Returns must have the RMA # clearly marked on the outside of the package. Packages without RMA numbers will be returned to sender. All items must be returned in their sealed original containers or they will be subject to the restocking fee. All items must be complete. FireFold is unable to accept returns with missing parts. All TV’s sold through FireFold.com carry a special return policy. A TV must be returned within 30 days and must be unopened with packaging in like new condition. Once a TV has been opened we cannot accept a return. FireFold recommends inspecting all freight before accepting delivery. Wi-Ex and Wilson products do not follow the regular RMA terms. All of these products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items returned must be in a like new, resalable condition with all packaging intact. If the item is not, a 15 to 25% restocking fee will be assessed, depending on the condition of the item. It may take up to fourteen (14) business days after receipt of a return for it to be fully processed.
