We ship via USPS (occasional a heavier garment may go by UPS). Shipments go out 2-3 times weekly. If you need your item more quickly, just let us know, as we are happy to help. We also offer Express shipping for an additional charge; please inquire if interested.

Yes, we WILL combine shipping on multiple auction wins to save you $$! Combined auctions must end within 7 days of each other to qualify. Please contact us if you have won auctions and would like to wait until other items of ours end to pay.

••A garment's color is described to the best of our ability and will display accurately on our monitor...we can't guarantee how it will look on your monitor, however, so if exact color is a concern, please e-mail us. ••Jewelry, belts, crinolines, and other style elements shown in images are for style inspiration only, not included unless specified. Hint: you can buy the same crinoline we use in our store.••Modern size is a "best guess" on our part. To ensure proper fit, use the measurements we provide of the garment itself, taken with a flexible measuring tape. Be sure to allow yourself "wiggle room" -- at least an inch smaller than the garment's dimensions. Try comparing the measurements of our garment to one you own that has the kind of fit you like. Sorry, we do not take returns on vintage clothing for fit. If you need any other measurements or help, e-mail us. ••Vintage clothing is sold As-Is. We do not offer returns unless we have made a significant error in our listing or description (we're meticulous, so big boo-boos are pretty rare and, of course, never intentional). In such a case, leave our store tag attached in place and drop us a line as soon as possible through eBay -- we're friendly, and we'll be happy to make it right for you. We unfortunately can't take returns on any garment that has been, you know...worn, altered, damaged, kept for more than a few days without contact, subjected to unruly elephants, or has had its store tag removed. (Sorry to even have to go there; a handful of bad apples we've had over the past 14 years leave us sour...we're sure you're a sweet peach yourself. 99.99% of our clients are awesome. :) ••Remember, vintage clothing by its very nature is not new -- it's old, usually previously worn, and has had a life and history of its own. Realistic expectations, as well as a familiarity with vintage clothing, are appreciated. Small signs of age and use, tiny imperfections...these are characteristic of vintage fashion and add to its charm, patina, and authenticity. We make every effort to point out any noticeable flaws or structural issues, so that you can make an informed buying decision. We're quite picky as curators, and it's not any ol' thang that merits being included in our collection. We stock the kind of vintage garment we wear and love ourselves. ••We steam-press all garments to freshen and make them picture-perfect. Further cleaning will most often be left up to the new owner. After decades of storage, a professional cleaning or a gentle hand-washing may be a good idea before your garment's first debut. Vintage clothing tends to be very well-made. But like all the finer thing in life, it takes some care and ongoing upkeep to maintain. ••We're a smoke-free and (sadly) animal-free home. If you are bothered by unusual allergies or other sensitivities, we can answer any questions you might have. ••Any other questions?
