I invite everyone to
read a little about my terms of sale.
Since every person has their own definition of item conditions, I am
going to explain my classification system.
Definition of Item Conditions:
NEW: New is brand new item that has all of the original packaging. The box
might be a little distressed.
NEW OTHER: I use
"New Other" for New Items that have been out of the box but never
fully installed or used as intended. It may have light surface marks from being
exposed due to "No packaging", testing and/or taken out for pictures.
USED: Is a BROAD range. I will always try to take
pictures & take close pictures so that you are able to item and make your own judgment of it's
condition and I will describe what I can & to the best of my knowledge
(remember I may not see things that may be an issue to you). Used items are
tested for basic power "on & off". NOTHING is tested under a load
or for extended periods of time. These items may have blemishes, please look at
WHOLESALE/WHOLESALE LOT: When you see "Wholesale" in the
description/title, this means they are "As Is" auctions. Nothing may
have been tested or visually inspected to document contents. You will receive
it the same way I had received it. It can be new, used, complete, incomplete,
working or non-working. Wholesale/Wholesale Lot are sold "as is" and
is not returnable. It's always a gamble, but that's the fun of it all!
Please read the items description page for
clarification on the item. Sometimes we use different wording in the
"Title" to attract the attention of specific shoppers and it by no
means is a definite description of the item. We apologize for this in advance.
We are not liable for any inconsistency in
the manufacturers item description. Not all items come with what is listed in
the manufacturers description, so please don't assume or expect anything more
than what is seen in the picture and/or is described.
Once you have bid on an item, I am assuming that you
looked over the pictures & satisfied with what you see, please feel free to
ask questions & please do so before placing a bid. I am only human & do
make mistakes too. Also remember we are not liable for any inconsistency in any
of the Manufacturers item description. If it is "Used", please assume
that it will NOT arrive in "NEW" condition. If it is described as a
"Vintage" piece, please assume that it is "Used".
PAYMENT: We accept Paypal and reserve the right to decline
Paypal payment with an unverified account or unconfirmed address. Payment is
expected within 2 days of auction/sale closing. You may use a credit card for
payment through Paypal also. Please understand that we cannot hold an item for
you without payment. If you are having payment issues you may contact Paypal
directly & notify us of the issue. Non-payment will automatically reported
to eBay on the 3rd day and the item will be re-listed.
SHIPPING: We take Pride in our lightning fast shipping! In
most cases, we will ship within 24hrs of cleared payment (Tuesday-Saturday's)
Please remember during the holiday's, delays should be expected. We will do
everything in our power to get your item to you as quickly as possible. In
MOST cases, we ship to anywhere in the USA, however, due to shipping cost
to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico there may be additional shipping fees added to
your invoice. (Please email & ask BEFORE bidding). If it is listed as
"Flat Rate" shipping - there is no additional fees.
TRACKING: If your item has not arrived on or before your
delivery date, please check your tracking number to see where your item is. If
your item tracking number shows delivered and you have not received the item,
please contact your local post office to locate your package. Please remember,
once the item has shipped, there is nothing that can be done on our side. If by
chance your item arrives damaged please notify us ASAP & save the packaging.
Please take pictures of the condition of the package prior to opening it &
pictures of the item once opened, it may help speed up any claims against the
shipping company. We will always do our best to help you locate your package,
we apologize, but we do not have the personnel to dedicate to shipping issues
that are the fault of the parcel service.
Will be replaced or money may be refunded, however, we must be advised of any
faulty goods within 2 days of receiving your item, unless the item is listed
"As Is". (Please remember the "condition rules" listed
above apply). If it is agreed upon and you are notified to return the item to
me, then it will be the buyers responsibility to pay to ship the item back.
Once the item is returned, and it is determined that it has been returned in
the same condition that it was sent, only then will a refund of the
"sale" amount of the item only. We apologize, but WE DO NOT REFUND
FOR ANY SHIPPING FEES/COST incurred. WE DO NOT do returns on an item because
you decided that's not what you really wanted. Any items returned must be
received by us within 14 days of receipt of the item and only then will refunds
be done. We are sorry, but we do not do refunds just because you decided you
didn't really like it. If we decide to refund your money for an item, there is
a 20% restocking fee on all the items returned.
FEEDBACK: We need your help :) We strive for 5 star ratings :) Please evaluate your
purchase, the listing information and the process in it's entirety before
completing the feedback. Please leave
a 5 star rating feedback upon receiving your item & I will follow up &
leave positive feedback for you (please be sure to fill out completely or it
doesn't help our seller status) this is important to us in building our eBay
business, so please be sure to let us know how we can better assist you :) If
for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within
2 days of receiving the item and we will try our best to resolve any issues
that we can. Items that are sold as "NEW" and are returned are
subject to a 20% restocking fee (if deemed that it is returnable). Feedback is
so important to all involved, all we ask is that you leave feedback &
please be fair.
Wholesale/Wholesale Lot auctions are
"As Is" - No returns or refunds unless you received the wrong order

questions concerning a purchase, we respond to emails as quickly as we can 5
days a week.
Please understand the lengthiness to this, we just
want everyone to know what to expect in advance. It is unfortunate that there
is issues in purchasing online, and the uncertainty that goes along with it.
Unfortunately, we are not always happy with what we received & tend to
leave negative feedback. Sometimes when rushing to purchase & not asking
questions, we tend to be disappointed. We all enjoy selling & shopping on
eBay, together we can make this a good experience & fun :)
Returns are acceptable if the item does not
match the listing description. Otherwise 20% restocking fee will be charged.
