OVERSEAS BIDDERS:   Please note, I ONLY accept PayPal payments from Overseas buyers, unless agreed otherwise by prior arrangement.   I DO NOT accept Overseas Postal or Money Orders unless drawn on a UK Bank or Post Office in UK Sterling (GBP). 

PLEASE SEE MY FEEDBACK, which will confirm I always take great care when packaging my items and use good quality packing materials.  Shipping is charged at actual cost, plus a charge of approximately £1.00 to cover handling & packaging.

I will combine shipping for multiple items if practical and give a discount on postage.  Please note that combining heavy items is not always practical and if shipping overseas, can even be more expensive.

If once items are packaged I find I have over estimated the final postal cost, I may make a partial refund of the postage charge.  I am happy for bidders to collect, providing they do so no later than 5 days after bidding has ended and payment has cleared, or if making cash payment on collection.

UK SALES - Items with a final value less than £41.00 will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Post or Carrier dependent on size.  Items with a final value in excess of £41.00 will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Carrier dependent on size.

OVERSEAS SALES:  - Items will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail Small Packets (International Signed For) or Carrier dependent on size and/or weight.

For security reasons I do not enter into transactions unless they are through EBay.  Returns can only be accepted on faulty items, if reported within 7 days of receipt.  Refunds will be given upon safe return of the item or under certain circumstances photographic evidence.

We are a small business, buying/selling antiques and collectables, typically dating from the 19th and 20th Century.  I try to ensure we have a good mix of items listed. 

I make every effort to correctly identify and describe the condition of items that I sell, but bidders should not rely entirely on my description.  I am happy to answer any questions and email additional photos if requested.

In the interest of fairness to bidders, I am afraid that once an item has bids I will not be willing to make any changes that require me to cancel bids, which includes adding a Buy It Now price.
