Payment

We charge a flat rate of £2.99 for all orders within the UK regardless of how many shoes you order. If purchasing multiple items please order the items you would like and continue to checkout where you will pay a single flat rate of £2.99 for delivery. Here at SoYouShoes, multiple orders don't equate to multiple postage costs.

We prefer eBays recommended method of PayPal. We also accept postal orders, personal cheques and all credit card payments (except American Express). If you are making payment by post please allow extra time for the payment to clear. If payment made via PayPal is an e-cheque we will wait until payment clears before dispatching your order.

Delivery

We aim to ship all orders placed before 4pm on the day so you can usually expect delivery as early as the next working day. We offer two services for UK buyers and two services for international buyers.

UK
First Class UK - £2.99, for as many pairs as you like - 1-3 working days 
Express Delivery - £5.99, for as many pairs as you like - Next working day

International
We send all international post via a tracked service called Royal Mail International Sign-For.

Returns

We offer free returns and free exchanges on all UK purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item/s to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.

In the circumstance that you are returning any purchase, please complete the return form included with your purchase and be sure to affix the pre-paid stamp on the front. Be sure to attain and retain proof of postage from the post office.

Exchanges will be arranged and dispatched free of charge within 1 working day upon receipt. Refunds will be issued within 3 days of return of purchase. Refunds will be excluding the original postage and packaging charge unless the item arrives faulty or significantly not as described.
