Please allow 7- 10 business days for returns, refunds, or exchanges to be processed. Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping costs. Exchanges only accepted within 14 day time-frame and are subject to availability. Returns will be charged a restocking fee of no more than 20% of the purchase price. Any item being sent back must be in the condition it was received. Worn or used items, and items with tags unattached will NOT be accepted. Shoe boxes must be covered with paper or other shipping materials to ensure a safe delivery. All shoes being returned will need to be in their original box unless otherwise stated. To protect buyers and seller, tracking numbers will need to be sent. As with anything, please contact us to make arrangements.
