The nature of the warranty will depend upon the product and are set forth below: All plastic parts such as JETS, valves, skimmers, manifolds, suctions, lights and other plastic components manufactured by Waterway are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 36 months (3 years) from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover o-rings, light bulbs, filter cartridges, DE grids, Pressure gauges or any parts not manufactured by Waterway. Waterway's warranty does not cover problems arising from UNBALANCED WATER CHEMISTRY, misuse, abuse, neglect, miswiring or improper installation, problems caused by improper or inadequate electrical service, or damage caused by power surges or electrical faillure. This warranty is not transferable and replacement credits are made only to the original purchaser. Waterway shall not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential costs or damages incurred by the purchaser or others, including, without limitation, damage for lost profits, goodwill, interruption of business, or any other injury or damage not expressly covered under this limited warranty.
