PAYMENT TERMS

 All Paypal payments must be received within 5 days.  Ontario residents pay 13% GST/PST.  Canadian residents pay 5% GST ( Taxes are charged on both Auction Price and Shipping) 

Pick Up: Local Customers Pay CASH ONLY

USA bidders note there are NO brokerage fees/taxes for items with a value up to USD $200 · Most items are shipped via Canada Post or UPS within 72 hours of receiving payment. We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, & Cdn Territories & PO Boxes.  We will make every effort when possible to combine shipping items to reduce your shipping costs. 

GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY

We make every effort to list the items exactly as we see them, however occasionally we may miss something.  If the item has not been represented fairly in the auction we will accept return of the item and refund your money.  We strongly suggest you purchase the additional insurance, as we will not cover damaged items during transit.  The refund will be issued once the item is received. All returns MUST have prior authorization. When returning a product from the U.S.A. or Internationally please send the product as a defective return and declare product value on the customs form ($5 value) otherwise we may refuse the return due to customs and brokerage fees. The Buyer is responsible for shipping back a product. Return shipping costs are not covered.  If the item is being sold "As Is" no refunds will be issued.
