WeldSmart is situated in the heart of Western Australia. We have 3 factories in the Canning Vale Industrial Area, and 2 more are being constructed and should be finalized by Dec 2010.

There are many various brands of welders being sold on eBay and through various other channels that might look similar to ours and even have close resembling model numbers. These welders are no where near the same, and some of them are very poor quality copies of our units. The problem with these poor copies result from the fact that in China an original design is pretty much an open patent that anyone can make a copy of and even use the same model name legally. These non quality controlled copies have been flooding the global market confusing the public and making the consumer unaware of the massive differences between these close resembling units. These poor quality units are made in a variety of work environments and use various low quality components and primitive build quality that is not safe in any environment. You can be rest assured our welders meet the highest standards of Quality and Safety Assurance. They have proved conformance with all the strict standards and regulations required by international standards and have received the honored ISO 9001:2000, CE, EMC, AS, CCC, C-Tick (Legally Required In Australia), and ROHS certificates. The welders are being manufactured for WeldSmart according to our requested specifications by the largest and longest running inverter manufacturers in Australasia.

We accept all forms of Paypal payment, all major credit cards, bank transfer, money orders, and personal cheques. Please note that if you are paying by personal cheque, your items will not be shipped until the cheque clears our bank.

International customers are responsible for any customs, taxes, and importing fees.

Postage charges are based on your location. Kindly check the shipping charges at the top of the auction. If you require a special destination, you can ask us for a quote before you place a bid.

We process orders and ship Monday thru Friday (excluding Holidays.) Please note that we only ship AFTER payment has been confirmed.

We ship via Australia Post for all items under 23kg. If the item is above 23kg, we ship via TNT road express. If you require the tracking number, please contact us 1 day after the close of the sale. Please be aware that the tracking information will not show any activity until later in the evening after pick-up.
Pick-Up is also welcome Monday-Friday 8am-4pm and weekends by appointment only.

WeldSmart gives its customers a simple piece of mind by offering a 2 year Limited Warranty on all helmets sold by an authorized WeldSmart Dealer from the Date of Purchase. WeldSmart guarantees that its products will be free from manufacturer defects or workmanship. Any purchase that was from any source other than WeldSmart or an authorized WeldSmart dealer will have their warranty voided.

Coverage
The helmet and the auto-darkening filter are covered for 2 years Parts and Labor against manufacturer defects.  Only the original purchaser is eligible for warranty coverage.
