DEFECTIVE:
If the product is defective upon arrival, you must email us a digital photo verifying the problem within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you with the returning procedure and we will be responsible for all shipping costs. We will send replacement at shipping company's cost if the item is still available or we will issue full refund for the item if it is out of stock.
DAMAGE:
If the product is damaged upon arrival, you must email us a digital photo verifying the problem within 7 days of delivery. We will file a damage claim with the shipping company and schedule a call tag for you. After the claim is approved, we will re-ship the item at shipping company's cost if the item is still available or we will issue full refund for the item if it is out of stock.
PACKAGE LOST:
If the package is lost in transit, we will follow up with shipping company. We will re-ship the item(s) at shipping company's cost if the item(s) are still available or we will issue full refund for the item(s) if the item(s) are out of stock after lost claim is approved by the shipping company.
RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM:
If incorrect item was sent, buyer must email us a digital photo of the wrong item received. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label. We will process replacement order as soon as the the incorrect item(s) are returned to us brand new in their original boxes, in resalable condition with all original labels attached. We will also be responsible for all shipping fees. (For domestic shipment only)
EXCHANGE:
No exchange available. Reorder the item(s) and apply for the refund if you want to exchange.
PURCHASED WRONG ITEM AND WANT A REFUND:
If buyer purchased the wrong item(s) by error or simply changed mind, you can return them at your own cost for refund. Returned item(s) will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and must be brand new in their original boxes, in resalable condition with all original labels attached. In addition, shipping and handling charges is non-refundable, if it was free shipping item, a $9.99 shipping cost will be automatically deducted for each pair of shoes returned from the refund amount.

If a damaged item or damaged shoe box is not reported within 7 days of delivery, all the above mentioned return policies will be rendered void.
