Beautiful additon to your library decor!

Art Nouveau sliding brass bookrack. Seems to be brass plated. Owl and Art Nouveau design on each end, which measure about 4 1/2" by 6 1/4". Completely closed it measures 9 inches. Completely open it measures 15 inches.

Looks great with some wear to the brass color, and there is a section of rust which has lightly deteriorated the brass surface of bottom left leg of one side as shown see photographs). Still looks great.
