All payments must be made via Paypal within three (3) days of purchase. Paypal allows you to pay securely online via your Paypal balance, linked bank account, credit or debit card. Please be considerate to us and others - if you buy something, please pay for it. In the event a payment arrangement other than noted above needs to be made, please contact us to discuss and we would be happy to assist you.
We are always happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases to save you $$$ - so shop away!!! If you plan to purchase more than one item, please wait until you are finished bidding before making a payment in order to benefit from combined shipping charges. When you are done shopping, just shoot us an email to let us know you are ready for the combined shipping invoice. All we ask is that your combined purchases are within a seven (7) day period from the first purchase. It's always helpful to send us an email with your plans!
We ship super fast...typically next day following receipt of payment (excluding weekends & holidays). We will email you notification when your item has been shipped along with a tracking number that you can track online. We utilize USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise stated. If you have a unique shipping request, please email us before bidding on the item.
We ship WORLDWIDE...please use the shipping calculator to figure international shipping costs. Note to International Bidders: International buyers should be aware of any special restrictions, duties, fees or taxes associated with their respective destination. We cannot be held responsible for any additional fees imposed on international packages once they are shipped. It is the buyer's responsibility to check local regulations when buying exported goods.
We combine shipping...combined shipping is a great way to save money and buy more. If you would like a rough idea of what your combined shipping costs will be, please email us and we'll be happy to give you an idea. Ultimately, it's all determined by the weight of the package and shipping zone.
All of our clothing items are inspected for flaws, measured for size & steamed. We believe that pictures speak louder than words and do our best to show several photographs of each item, including any flaws we find. Please be aware that unless stated otherwise, pre-owned items have been pre-worn, pre-washed and may exhibit signs of wear such as faded fabric, cracking print and missing tags. This is the nature of pre-owned/vintage clothing, and such wear would not constitute a reason for refund.
Your overall satisfaction is extremely important to us. We are however human and make mistakes - if you have a problem, please contact us and let us know, and we'll take care of it. If you are ultimately not satisfied with the product you have received we will issue you a full refund (excluding shipping costs and a 10% handling fee). If you decide to return an item, please send us a message before returning it. Returns can be sent to the shipping address on the invoice. Please include the auction number and your eBay user id.
