 I send a message and invoice through ebay after the auction - if you don't get them, please contact me.   It's a good idea to wait for MY INVOICE before paying since occasionally I over-estimate the shipping cost.

Most of my items come from estate sales or estates I buy.  They are USED AND/OR OLD and my "sniffer" is NOT sensitive -- so I can not speak to their previous residence in homes that may have included pets, smoking, perfume, dust, etc.  I describe any major damage or flaws I see but old items usually have a few scuffs, surface marks or signs of wear due to age and use that are not considered faults / damage.  If there are any specific points you want clarified or additional pictures you need to make an informed decision, please contact me through ebay before bidding.  Unless otherwise stated in the item description, I leave the cleaning of all items up to the buyer.   Also unless otherwise stated, the pictures were taken by me of the actual item you will receive, so I consider them an important part of the description.  READ COMPLETE DESCRIPTION, LOOK AT PICTURES, & ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING.

I do not consider the transaction concluded until you have received your item so I do not leave feedback until I know the item has arrived safely and is acceptable.  If there are problems with the item, EMAIL me immediately BEFORE leaving feedback.

I try to keep shipping costs down by offering both  PRIORITY Mail and FED EX ground/home delivery shipping.  Unless otherwise requested, I usually ship by the cheapest method.

• I include shipping by UPS but usually ship Fed Ex instead since it generally costs a little less.  PLEASE NOTE THAT FED EX REQUIRES -- a PHYSICAL ADDRESS within the 48 contiguous US states (NOT to Hawaii, Alaska, PO boxes, Military bases/camps, etc.)  I must also have a TELEPHONE NUMBER for the package.  If  you do not send me your phone number (home, cell, or work # will do) and they have a problem with delivery, the cost of returning and re-shipping will be YOURS to pay.
• Delivery confirmation is required - but is free on Priority Mail or Fed Ex packages.  DUE to Ebay's new insurance policy - usually inexpensive items will not include insurance while more delicate or expensive items will be insured and the cost will be included in the "handling cost"  --  as ordained by EBAY. 
• NOTE:  a small packing charge is included on most items.   Normally it is between 05 and 25 cents, but may be slightly higher on large sets, big items, and other things that require extensive packaging.  On delicate and / or expensive items, the handling cost will now also include the cost of insurance -- thank ebay for this... NOT ME!  (All this is included in the shipping costs calculator so the amount it specifies should be the correct total.)
• I do not include a specific shipping discount but AM ALWAYS HAPPY TO COMBINE wins to save you on shipping costs when possible to do so SAFELY.  The cost of that is determined by the packaged weight of the combined items.  IF YOU WIN MORE THAN ONE AUCTION -- WAIT FOR ME TO SEND YOU A REVISED INVOICE BEFORE PAYING SINCE IT WILL BE LESS THAN THE COMBINED TOTAL SENT BY EBAY!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is by AIRMAIL (our Post Office no longer offers surface shipping to other countries) but is often MUCH more expensive than shipping within the USA - so please contact me before bidding.  I have excluded a number of countries so do check the list of where I do -- and don't ship.    ALSO, I  do not lie on customs forms - so don't ask!      IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES & CHARGES are NOT included in the item price or shipping costs.  These charges are Not additional shipping costs by me and I have no knowledge of or impact on them -- but they are the buyer's responsibility.  You may wish to check with your country's customs office to find out what these additional costs might be before you bid!
