        Returns/ Exchange Policies:

• We accept exchanges or replace within 30 days after the customer receive merchandise.
• Please note that for us to accept the return, the item must be in exact condition as sold, with all cases and/or plastic sealed and as new condition. Otherwise we will resend the item back and won't accept return.
• Warranty: We do not provide warranty, but you can purchase it with Squaretrade for a fraction of the cost.
• We will process RMA within 1-3 days when we receive the item back. Then we'll exchange or replace the item only if it is in the same condition as when we shipped out.
• Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and merchandise must be in the unused condition too.
• For your convenience, we will provide you a return shipping label paid by us so you don’t need to me worried about anything.

If you want to make a bigger order and save some money, you can provide your own shipping method by contacting them and send us the proper details.
