Refunds, in the shape of a store credit, will only be given for the price of the item within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a store credit, less shipping and handling charges on any item returned to us in the same condition it was sent. That means if it came with tags then it must be returned with the tags intact and in the same condition that it left our store. You must pay all shipping charges for the item to be returned to us. We sell worldwide. In most cases we use airmail for international shipments, however there have been cases where the item has been too large for airmail small package. Surface mail rates will be quoted when the item exceeds the small pkg. dimensions of Canada Post.
