Excellent customer service!
1 of 1 found this helpful The router is great! Its very fast, inexpensive, and has great tech support and customer service. I bought a netgear router from walmart and had trouble setting it up so I called their customer service. They were unable to figure out my problem after over an hour and ended up telling me that the router was bad, which I highly doubt. Then I bought the d-link and had the exact same problem, so I called tech support and expected the same result. After about 10 minutes, they solved my problem which was a simple DNS server issue. After that they went the extra mile and walked me through the setup so I didn't have to read through the instructions manually.
I highly recommend this product! Its a solid router, with directional antennas, and good range. The price is incredible also, you certainly get more than your moneys worth. The customer service is where this product really stands out. They are fast, helpful, and knowledgeable.
