  Item came in inspected item had some damage in the cap area i contacted the seller to notify about damage they offered me to send back for a full refund but i told seller I would keep it as it was still functional and asked for at least a partial refund since i paid full retail after taxes and fees but never heard back from them since even contacted twice still nothing a partial refund is better than a full refund but I guess

  This was a new item when sent. Based on the pictures the damage was caused when attempting to remove the cap. I offered a full refund with the return of the item minus shipping fees. I declined a partial refund which is my right to do so. The offer stands, full refund with return of item, minus shipping fees. There is nothing else to discuss otherwise.
