While, I don’t want to denigrate a buyer ever, I typically put an extra nuts in an order so as to not have any accusations made, but I’m not going to call the customer a liar. The customer also fails to mention that she was refunded the full amount for the full pound of nuts and didn’t have to return them so she made out or he made out quite well. I’m pretty surprised that I was still left and negative feedback when I was nothing but accommodating with this buyer.

I left negative feedback because you "accommodated" me by NOT responding to 2 different messages. I was totally ignored until e-bay intervened on my behalf. Only then did you offer me a PARTIAL refund.Also, 2 different weighing devices verified that I received 12 ounces ( 349 grams) & the bag would NOT have "accommodated" another 4 ounces. E-bay has photos to verify my information.
