A must have for any professional
I bought this book because I got a professional newsletter recommending it. I wasn't sure if it would really help me. At first, I thought I wouldn't get much use of it, but after reading the first chapter, I learned so much without even noticing that I needed to keep reading. I think it is a most for many professionals and it doesn't matter the area of expertise: sales, customer service, management, human resources, everyone!
